REFUND POLICY

 

  • If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 14 days. We will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer's account within 10 working days. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.
  • You can find registered address on kanikajewels.com and the refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 14 days.
  • This refund facility is available only through kanikajewels.com and not through other stores in India.
  • This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like Original invoice and product certificate.
  • This policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, and purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon.
  • To initiate return, Customer has to pack the product in same issued packaging and handover the same to courier person. It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number.
  • Once the product is received and successfully undergoes the quality check, the refund shall be done Refund policy is not applicable for gold coins. No Exchange/Return Gold Coin for online purhchase.
  • In case, any coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon,Discount or PromoCodes, as applicable.
  • Customized (including personalized/engraved products) Jewellery is not eligible for a Money back,Exchange or Buyback.
  • Returns are only applicable on orders shipped within India.
