If the customer wishes to exchange/buyback any jewellery that is purchased from kanikajewels.com they can do so, by returning the same to kanikajewels.com, registered address in India.

Buyback within 14 days of purchase: For Diamond Jewellery, 90% of Invoice Value Buyback after 14 days of purchase: 80% of Invoice value.

Exchange within 14 days of purchase: 100% exchange of invoice value can be availed by the customer.

Exchange after 14 days of purchase: Following chart is applicable.

All products will undergo quality checks before the exchange is initiated. Kanika Jewels reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final valuation by our certified quality check team.
